The issue of the outages is resolved with the changes made on 10/25.
The Service Management Office is still awaiting RCA from ServiceNow support.

ServiceNow team deployed an emergency change on Friday. Te are continuing to monitor to ensure everything has been fixed and no issues arise today.

Update -
Service Management Office is aware of ongoing outages and users may still potentially experience a termination of their instance. They are working diligently with ServiceNow Support to identify and resolve the issue. No ETA at this time.
The following options have been effective workarounds previously if a user encounters an issue:
Clearing cookies
Starting a different browser
Changing to an incognito/private window

Update -
The Service Management Office Team is continuing to monitor the situation but the emergency release may not have completely resolved the issue and users may still potentially experience a termination of their instance.

The Service Management Office released an emergency change that is expected to resolve the issue. The ServiceNow team is continuing to monitor the issue.

Monitoring -
Users are able to log back into ServiceNow after restarting one of the two Nodes. System Administrators and the vendor will monitor and continue to look for a root cause.

The "Sorry an error occurred or this page isn't available." error pages are once again appearing. The ServiceNow team has engaged the vendor for further investigation.

Investigating -
ServiceNow is currently experiencing a degradation. Staff are investigating the issue.
Many ServiceNow users are experiencing being logged out with a message- "Sorry an error occurred or this page isn't available."
There is no ETA at this time but will provide an update as soon as one is available.
