The Supported by information has been restored and is now available within ServiceNow incident tickets.

We have applied a fix to the issue and will continue to monitor it over the next few days.

Scheduled - Purpose:
Migrate CAS servers in the Quest Data Center to a dedicated network.

The DNS name cas.ucdavis.edu will have network 169.237.248.48/28 added to the cluster.


Impact:
No user-visible change in service behavior is expected as DNS caches are updated.

In addition to 169.237.248.48/28 added during this maintenance window, the existing CAS network 128.120.39.0/24 will be retired.

Department firewalls must allow inbound and outbound https traffic from/to the new IP address ranges. If you do not use egress firewall rules and do not restrict inbound https traffic, no changes are required.
