Update - The affected splice is in the process of being dried out. Users from the Annual Fund Trailer have also reported voice troubles that are related to this incident.

Investigating - Several users at Jungerman Hall are reporting interruption to voice services. Initial testing indicates a possible wet cable splice. Outside Plant and NOC personnel are investigating.

Resolved - The issue has been resolved and all queued emails delivered.

Monitoring - At 1:30pm, ServiceNow stopped processing all emails. The issue was resolved at approximately 5:10pm. Emails were received during this time period and are being restored. We will continue to monitor and validate.
