Purpose: Consolidating uplinks for all campus wireless connections.

Impact: Potential for multiple, brief, interruptions to the Internet and UCDNet during window. The resnetx ssid will be replaced with moobilenetx.

Locations Affected: All campus managed wireless locations and all resnet locations: wireless and wired.
