Update -
IET continues to troubleshoot the WiFi connectivity issues with our vendor, Aruba. As we dig deeper into the issue our investigations are narrowing down to a specific piece of network hardware that appears to exhibit data loss, as a result we are now tracing and capturing data traffic that is passing through this device and handing that over to Aruba for more analysis.
IET will continue to troubleshoot other areas of the environment while we wait for Aruba to come back with their findings and recommendations

Update -
After several troubleshooting sessions with vendor support on the intermittent campus wireless connectivity issue. The problem appears to be related to DNS requests within our WiFi controllers where a DNS response is not returned to the end users’ device.
This is causing WiFi degradation across Campus, and we are working through all reported tickets and collecting data for our vendor to analyze and determine the root cause of the issue. We are engaged with our vendor support and our account representative to get expedited status through daily status meetings.
