Resolved - AT&T replaced a card in their digital cross connect system and the circuits have remained stable.

Monitoring - Impact:
Two AT&T circuits were noticed to be bouncing earlier today.

Affected:
The two circuits that experienced the bouncing are the last to be used in a redundant group. While low there exists the potential for analog, digital, or VoIP calls to/from off campus to be dropped if the previously identified AT&T behavior repeats.

Status:
Tickets are open with AT&T to investigate/resolve.

Impact:

Layer 2 traffic will experience a brief interruption of service while the module is reloaded.

Resolved - IT Express has received no additional calls in regards to the eduroam issue. The eduroam service is functioning within expected norms. IET is resolving this issue.

Monitoring - Eduroam is functioning for all endpoints now. DHCP forwarding was not functioning as expected after the work arounds last night. The NOC has enabled DHCP forwarding on the alternate path and devices are again able to connect to Eduroam.

Replace OIM Active Directory Connector Server and implement TLS

Impact:
Modify OIM to use a new Active Directory Connector Server that is managed by UCD Health. This will allow the project to enable TLS for the connection between OIM and the AD Connector Server. The new server will be managed by UCDH in their Quincy data center.

Affected Services:
OIM and the Health System Self Service App for HS AD accounts as users will not be able to claim their accounts while OIM is down

Scheduled - Purpose:
Update IAM feature that assigns roles to OIM user accounts.

Impact:
The OIM bulk role assignment web application that's part of the suite of IAM applications is being augmented with a task that will run every 6 hours and will keep IAM ACCOUNTS table records in sync with OIM user account information relating to the user's HSAD account. This is important due to the UCDH Access Support Unit having a strong reliance on user "contact" information that includes data imported from the IAM ACCOUNTS table.

Affected Services:
The production servers are in a load-balanced pool. The team will remove the servers from the pool one-at-a-time for this change. There will be no interruption in service. No downtime for users or UCDH Access Unit.
