Purpose: Migrate to New Cisco Phone System
Impact: All phone services will be degraded. Calls in progress, Cisco menus, Cisco phones, Cisco voicemail, etc. will all have brief disruptions throughout the change window. Zoom Phone and SL100 Analog lines may have some degradation as well. All disruptions are expected and designed to be brief but there is a small chance of some sustained service disruptions during the change window.
