Deploying AK-528: Add the "Other" picklist value to the Closed Reason field for Health Leaves Case record types.

Deploying AK-222: Implement Salesforce Leaves Console updates for Leaves - Block and Leaves - Intermittent, including console utilities, Case banner fields, App Launcher ordering, Case creation descriptions, and Case header actions.

Deploying AK-351: Set default field values for Cases created through Email-to-Case using ecotime@health.ucdavis.edu.

Deploying AK-764: Set default field values for Cases created through Email-to-Case using healthloa@ucdavis.edu.

Network Maintenance: AT&T Phone System Weekend Maintenance Oct 30, 2026 18:30 - Nov 1, 2026 23:59 PST

Purpose:
Change the "Home" circuit for UC Davis Phone numbers.

Impact:
There is no expected impact as call routing will not be changed. The carrier will be adjusting phone number affiliation from a legacy circuit to a new circuit so that we can shut down the old circuit.
