Purpose:
Upgrade the Crashplan Server to the newest supported version.

Impact:
During the maintenance, adding new CrashPlan clients will not be available. Existing desktop clients will be able to continue backing up their systems. Following the upgrade, server backups will no longer be supported. The campus has been temporarily maintaining an older version of the software to give customers time to transition.

CrashPlan will continue to back up desktops. New client versions will be pushed out to desktops after the server maintenance.
