Deploying AK-222: Implement Salesforce Leaves Console updates for Leaves - Block and Leaves - Intermittent, including console utilities, Case banner fields, App Launcher ordering, Case creation descriptions, and Case header actions.

Deploying AK-351: Set default field values for Cases created through Email-to-Case using ecotime@health.ucdavis.edu.

Deploying AK-764: Set default field values for Cases created through Email-to-Case using healthloa@ucdavis.edu.
