Purpose:
Cut building over from UCDNet3 to UCDNet4

Impact:
The cutover will begin during it's turn within the
maintenance window and last about 3 hours. In the beginning
phases of each building cutover, there could be several 1-2
minute outages as edge switch links are converted to use
LACP. This conversion phase could last from 30 to 90 minutes.
Once the conversions are complete, Net3 links and router
interfaces will be disabled and a link migration to Net4 will
begin. This could take between 30 to 120 minutes depending on
the size of the building. During this second phase of the
building cutover, the outage experienced could range from 5
to 120 minutes depending on switch migration order.
