Purpose:
Our analog phone system requires maintenance. We are replacing a faulty interface card. This card is in a redundant configuration so there is no loss of service, just loss of redundancy.
Impact:
There should no client impact since calls are routing through the primary call path. There is a very small chance that calls might be disconnected between 5:30 and 6:00 PM, but it is very unlikely. In the event any calls are disrupted, re-dialing/connecting the call immediately will re-establish the connection and will not be interrupted further.
