Purpose:

ServiceNow administrators will implement minor updates to the Service Hub and ServiceNow Platform, including updating the certificate for Single Sign On.

Impact:

There will be a 30-minute window where users will not be able to log in via SSO between 10:30 AM PST to 11:30 AM PST
