Configure CENIC OAK-DC 2 x 10G circuits as a Link Aggregation Group.

Impact:
No impact expected. If an issue is discovered during implementation, a network outage lasting up to 20 minutes may be experienced while troubleshooting and/or configuration rollback is performed.
