Purpose: System administrators will migrate routing of email to @lists.ucdavis.edu from the legacy campus MX service to Exchange.

Impact / Affected Services: No downtime is expected for Sympa. No impact is expected for normal list traffic. This change may impact messages regarding list management, such as bounce messages sent to list owners.
