Purpose:
CENIC NOC-700021 Bay Area Maintenance.
CENIC engineers will upgrade software on an aggregate router at Sunnyvale. The expected duration of impact will be approximately 4 hours, but the entire window is reserved. All work is expected to be completed during the first night. However, the second night is reserved in case it is needed to complete all upgrade activities.
Impact:
Loss of AWS Direct Connect path redundancy and CalREN High Performance Research path redundancy during the scheduled maintenance window.
UCANR HQ Davis will experience a loss of layer 2 connectivity to the Davis Campus Data Center during the scheduled maintenance window.
