RESOLVED The root cause was a failure in the temperature stabilization infrastructure that caused excessive temperatures. 


ServiceNow experienced an outage at our primary data center. High Availability automation migrated our active instance to our standby data center to restore service. Instance replication is in real time, so no data should be lost. Service has been restored, but ServiceNow is continuing to investigate the issue.

Impact:

ServiceNow was unavailable for a short time. Service has been restored through High Availability Failover
