Purpose:
Implement change to the primary traffic management appliance for the Davis Campus network.

Impact:
Clients may experience a brief period of slow network response during this change. If an issue is discovered during implementation, an outage no more than 20 minutes may be experienced while troubleshooting and/or configuration rollback is performed.
