AggieService submitters are experiencing issues successfully submitting cases through the Community Portal (aggieservice.ucdavis.edu) due to an unidentified issue (possible redirect loop.) The Service Desk team is monitoring.


Impacts:

* Case submission
* Workflow interruptions

We are advising users to submit email-to-case via aggieservice@ucdavis.edu

The AggieService Development Team is aware of this situation.
