Purpose:
Perform vendor recommended upgrades and re-configuration for highly available VoIP system.

Impact:
The VoIP system is designed to be redundant, however the reconfiguration and upgrades may cause brief service outages to subscribers phones. Additionally, the Finesse ACD application, Unity Voicemail and Jabber may be unavailable for brief periods of time during the maintenance window.

Affected:
Campus VoIP system.
