Purpose:
We are conducting Cisco VoIP Presence server resynchronization for Jabber

Impact:
During the upcoming maintenance for our Cisco Presence servers, users may have difficulty logging into Jabber. All other phone services including Cisco desk phones, analog phone services, and Zoom Phone users will not be impacted. Calls in progress will not be interrupted.
