Purpose: ServiceNow Updates
ServiceNow administrators will apply updates to maintain the Service Hub, Knowledge Base, and Request Portal.
Time is also allocated to verify and validate changes with the Jakarta 7 patch.

Impact:
ServiceNow is not expected to experience any downtime.
Response times may be slower during the scheduled change window.
