Purpose:
CENIC will migrate to new Cisco optical shelves at UCDH and CSAC to increase circuit capacity.

Impact:
Traffic will be routed via alternate paths while the upgrade is performed.
Clients may experience a brief period of slow network response when switching between normal and alternate paths.
