Purpose: ServiceNow remote maintenance

ServiceNow will apply a maintenance patch to correct a known issue. The UC Davis Production system and all sub production instances will be patched.
Although maintenance is expected to last less than a minute, the change can occur at any time during the change window.

Impact:
ServiceNow is not expected to experience any downtime.
