Purpose:
Install vendor recommended software version on the Davis Campus AWS Direct Connect router. Reboot switch providing connectivity for Amazon AWS and Comcast Peers.

Impact:
Loss of connectivity for VPCs using the AWS Direct Connect service, lasting approximately 15 minutes when the router is reloaded with the new version of software. Loss of connectivity lasting up to 10 minutes when the switch is reloaded.
