Purpose:
Configure IPv6 MLD version 2 on the Davis Border Router for the CENIC SVL-HPR and OAK-DC circuits.

Impact:
Risk is moderate due to work on the primary network paths to external sites.
If an issue is discovered during implementation, an outage lasting no more than 20 minutes may be experienced while troubleshooting and/or rollback is performed.
