Purpose:
Create a policy on the Davis Campus Border Transits to enable diagnostic packet captures for Zoom.

Impact:
No impact is expected. However if there is an impact, clients may experience a brief period of slow network response. If the transit fails over to the alternate path, sessions may need to re-establish after switching between normal and alternate paths.
