Identified

The ATR tool pages in ServiceNow will not be functional until a fix has been implemented and tested.

Impact:
ATR pages: atr_search, atr_nam_search_tool and atr_quicksearch_tool will be in a broken state until a fix for the supporting services have been implemented.
