Purpose: Active Directory Federation Services administrators will be replacing the signing certificate.
Impact: Active Directory Federation Services availability may be intermittent during the maintenance window. Services that utilize Active Directory Federation Services for authentication may not be able to login users until the services are updated reflecting the signing certificate change.
