Purpose:
We are moving Core Network Systems to our New Power Backup system at the NOC to increase Resiliency of Service.
Impact:
There is no expected impact to core network equipment during the maintenance window. However, unforeseen hardware or power issues—such as a marginal power supply—may occur. All core network equipment is currently dual-powered and is expected to remain operational throughout the migration. In addition, core network devices have resilient counterparts at a separate location to help ensure continued service. Please report any service disruptions occurring outside the maintenance window to IT Express.
