Purpose:
Migrate existing network interfaces to a new port location on the Davis Border Router.

Impact:
Reduced capacity between the Davis Border and Campus Networks when a 10GE circuit is migrated. CENIC CalREN DC service will reroute to Sacramento during the maintenance window. UC Davis Health backup 10G circuit to Davis will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
