UCCX: A restart of Cisco ACD services is required to fix an issue with a web certificate.
Expressway: Installation of renewed SSL certificate.

Impact:
ACD: None expected. Campus Operators is not operational after
5:00 PM.
Jabber users: Jabber users will need to re-authenticate their clients if actively logged in.

Affected:
Campus ACD Operator stations and Jabber users
