Purpose: Discovered services on VoIP servers have stopped. The services will have to be restarted to correct this issue. If that fails the server will have to be restarted.

Impact: Low impact is expected due to after-hours work. During this maintenance window, phones may re-register. Calls in progress may experience an interruption of service.
