Purpose:
InCommon is changing their data management procedures to use "MDQ" process to refresh data and has set deadline of 2/25/2025.

Impact:
Users accessing services on Shibboleth may experience momentary degradation at that time. No Shibboleth service downtime is expected, and although Shibboleth might be unavailable for some users, the services themselves will not be affected.
