Purpose:

We are moving Critical VoIP Systems to our New Power Backup system at the NOC to increase Resiliency of Service

Impact:

There is no expected impact to Cisco IP Phones or Zoom Phone. However, some analog phone lines may lose phone services during the maintenance window. Typical analog phone services that may be briefly impacted include wireless lab phones and fax machines. Please report any disruptions of service outside the maintenance window to IT Express.
