Purpose:
Implement updates to ServiceNow request fulfillment functions and notifications.

This change implements the foundational changes needed for developing service catalog requests and automation in ServiceNow. It implements changes to the ServiceNow Request Item (RITM) and Task record functions which are planned for use in future request fulfillment processes.

Impact:
This is a non-disruptive change. No downtime is expected.
