Purpose:
Install vendor recommended software on the Davis Campus border router. Enable a tunnel interface to support two logical systems on the router, test and verify operation.

Impact:
Traffic will utilize connections to the Sacramento Campus border router while the software upgrade is performed. Brief periods of slow response may be observed as traffic is rerouted during tunnel interface testing.
