Scheduled
Purpose:
This is the final step in upgrading the firmware for the Data Center firewalls. This upgrade is necessary to bring us up to the latest, patched operating system. All existing network connections will be lost. We may have to reboot the firewalls in which case you should see a loss of connectivity for up to 30 min. More than one reboot may be necessary.

Impact:
All existing network connections will be lost during the upgrade. If we reboot, access to most Data Center hosted services will be unavailable. Data Center colocation clients, both physical and clients hosted in our private cloud, will not be affected during this downtime.
