Purpose:
VoIP engineers are requesting connections independent from the VoIP stack to troubleshoot server issue. Connections will be moved to an independent switch. VoIP VLANs and ports may be adjusted as part of this maintenance.

Impact:
No outage is anticipated. Quest is a secondary site for VoIP services.
