Purpose: Configure Davis and Sacramento border routers with network segments to support the Aggie Square network deployment.

Impact:
Risk is moderate due to work on the Davis Campus and Sacramento Campus border routers, providing primary external network connectivity for each site.
If an issue is discovered during implementation, an outage no more than 20 minutes may be experienced while troubleshooting and/or software rollback is performed.
