Scheduled
Purpose:
Establish OSPF Neighbor Relationship between the current Davis Campus Border Router (MX240) and new Davis Campus Border router (MX480) to verify Interior Gateway Protocol (IGP) route exchange and IP connectivity between all campus border routers.

Impact:
Risk is low. No client impact expected.
The MX480 is limited with only a connection to the management network. There are no other external network connections prior to this change.
Worse anticipated scenario. Configuration changes to the current MX240 causes unforeseen routing behavior, due to the MX240 age and elevated CPU utilization, which may cause loss of connectivity to external sites.

Affected:
All ucdavis networks:
128.120.0.0/16
169.237.0.0/16
168.150.0.0/17
192.82.111.0/24
