Purpose: Testing RF coverage of 800MHz channels on the new P25 radio system.

Impact: During testing, two of seven channels will be temporarily out of service. Since testing will be performed after normal business hours, potential for system busy conditions will be greatly reduced. Possible (but unlikely) brief failsoft condition may occur.
