Purpose: UCDH is replacing their DWDM infrastructure with new equipment.

Impact: There should be no outage as the system will be migrated in a way that would not take down both of our links at once. We have two links to Quest Datacenter for resilience. In the past, one of two links provides enough bandwidth to maintain regular traffic levels.
