Vendor's Technical Assistance Center will troubleshoot a Davis Campus Firewall issue affecting select VPN services.

Impact:
Clients may experience a brief period of slow network response when switching between normal and alternate routing paths.
Select network traffic may be affected while troubleshooting and issue identification is performed by the vendor.
