Purpose: Replace battery in UPS providing power to backup network packet broker.

Impact: The backup network packet broker is in a secondary path and does not see traffic under normal conditions.
Worse anticipated scenario, the primary network packet broker will not pass all traffic as intended or stop passing all traffic, resulting in a network outage lasting no more than 20 minutes.
