Purpose:
Need to restart the IM&P VoIP servers and then push a new firmware to the 7841 phone.

Impact:
Brief loss of connectivity as the phone resets with the new firmware. No impact is expected for Jabber or other models of phones.

Affected:
Any VoIP user with a 7841 model phone.
