Purpose:
Add permit FE80::/10 to IPv6 filters for the CENIC SVL-HPR 100G circuit on the Davis Border Science DMZ Router.
Impact:
Risk is moderate due to work on one of the primary network paths to external sites.
If an issue is discovered during implementation, an outage no more than 20 minutes may be experienced while troubleshooting and/or configuration rollback is performed.
