CAS upgrade.

All existing CAS sessions will be lost. Users must re-authenticate to resume accessing CAS-protected services after the upgrade.

Affected services include but are not limited to:
* myucdavis
* MyAdmissions
* Canvas
* SmartSite
* Sympa mailing list management and archives
* Google Apps, DavisMail
* UC Learning Center (U-Learn)
* ServiceNow
* Ebook Library
* Cross Campus Enrollment

CAS-protected application operators may exercise/test the new version of CAS at
