Purpose : AggieService required security update, Community Napili template update with latest version, extend improved singleton pattern code and adding new sandbox code functionality that prepopulates test data.

Impact : No downtime expected in Aggieservice. This security update removes permission from all guest user profiles in orgs and communities. New dev environments will have default testing data ready for use.
