Purpose:

Upgrade ServiceNow to the Jakarta 6.0 release.

Impact:

ServiceNow may not be available for up to one hour during the change window while the system upgrades. System performance may be affected by the configuration and validation tasks of the system after the upgrade. Normal service will be available at the conclusion of the change window.
