Purpose:
Cut first buildings from UCDNet to UCDNet4 (Phase 1).
Impact:
During the cutover, there will be periods of complete network outage especially in the beginning phases of the migration.
Network facilities such as routing will be disabled on the old network, enabled on the new network, and finally network connections will be moved to the new network.
