Purpose:
VoIP ISR configuration for Quest

Impact:
The VoIP system is designed to be redundant, however the reconfiguration and upgrades may cause brief service outages to subscribers phones. Additionally, the Unity Voicemail system and Jabber may be unavailable for brief periods of time during the maintenance window. The Finesse ACD (Call-Center) application however, will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
