Purpose:
During finals week, the main ResNet router lost some redundancy. With finals over, the main ResNet router will be restored to full redundancy.

Impact:
Ideally, the system can be re-formed with no impact.
However mulitple 5 minute outages may be experienced if reboots are needed to merge the system back together.

Affected:
All ResNet buildings' wired and wireless connectivity.
