Purpose:
Migrate one wireless controller (wls10) into a new cluster - move California Lecture Hall APs to migrated controller

Impact:
Minimal Production Impact - Housing cluster still has two controllers - APs and users from migrated controller
will automatically bind to remaining members of housing cluster. Brief impact for California Lecture Hall APs
as they are rebooted to join new cluster.

Affected:
Wireless access in California Lecture Hall as AP's reboot
